Bio
A tactical trigger puller who was too smart to keep pulling the trigger.
He made himself known by coloring outside the lines and devising unusual solutions to conflicts and engagements. It often put him at odds with the chain of command and military rules lawyers, but his willingness to collaborate, listen, and devise strategies that maximize every operator’s potential made him an asset and a champion of those who served with him.
As a Chief Warrant Officer in Delta, he was given command of an engagement where he had to rescue the UN Secretary General’s daughter from being used as a suicide bomber, then find the terrorists responsible, and eliminate them. This was the birth of “The Four Horsemen,” during which these four operators had to openly defy the orders of their home agencies, work together, and use unconventional strategies and means in order to track down the terrorists and end the threats.
With this approach, and understanding that the world of paramilitary operations was falling behind on a global, tactical scale, Domino put together a plan for a multinational, covert operations unit that would fill its ranks from the international community. This was PRISM.
In that time, Domino has functioned as command, instructor, and operator, and PRISM has flourished over its two decades of existence. Considered the single-most important force and function in paramilitary actions of the century, PRISM remains agile, rapid, and effective in responding to large-scale global threats.
