Rina Kuroki

Bio

Born in Yokohama, Japan, to parents who were both Noh performers at the Noh Theater. Throughout her youth, she learned—and took to—her parents’ stagecraft, spending most of her formative years in fanciful costumes and masks. Her brother and best friend, a few years her senior, never took to Noh and instead joined the Yokohama Raid Police as early as possible. This eventually led to him joining Japan’s SAT. Idolizing her brother and showing amazing physical aptitudes, intelligence-gathering, and marksmanship, Rina found her way into the JGSDF and SFGp.

Recruited into PRISM by xxx, she returned to wearing masks with her signature tech being the Arges helmet, which allows her to see real-time data such as recent footprint directions and heartbeats. Her callsign was given based on her appearance of the Arges, which has a single ocular viewpoint, as if a cyclops. Even without Arges, Rina is a master of recon and tracking, which has allowed her to become the lead field Orange Ray from the Singapore cell.
