Bio

One of the finest RAID operators in the history of France, he became a national hero after he kept the French Foreign Minister alive in Moscow after an ambush by a Crimean separatist group. All the combined might of DGSE and SOBR failed where he succeeded. This celebrity at home in France forced him onto a publicity tour and ultimately drove him away from taking the field with RAID moving forward.

Instead of letting Alec waste away, Pantera—one of PRISMs original “Four Horsemen”—reached out through backchannels and gave him an opportunity: get back in the action with PRISM. His celebrity at home was of little consequence, given PRISM could station him anywhere in the world and provide him with cloaking shroud technology that would obscure his identity while not interfering with his skills.

Alec jumped at the opportunity and quickly proved himself an elite member, with PRISM allowing him to build a base of operations in Singapore, where he would run the cell and its operators.
